We do, however, use Safeguest to securely register a security deposit prior to your arrival. This involves a £1 card authorisation only, meaning no funds are taken from your account.

Charges of up to £150 would only apply in the unlikely event of damage or a breach of house rules during your stay.

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Yes, we provide complimentary weekly cleaning for stays over 14 nights.

This includes fresh linen, towels and a general clean to ensure your accommodation remains comfortable throughout your stay.

Oxford is very well connected to London’s major airports:

• From Heathrow Airport: The Airline Coach (a direct bus service) runs 24/7 and takes approximately 80–90 minutes to reach Oxford city centre.

• From Gatwick Airport: The same Airline Coach service runs regularly and takes around 2–3 hours.

We offer a straightforward cancellation policy:

• Full refund if your booking is cancelled up to 7 days before your arrival date

• 100% of the booking is payable if cancelled within 7 days of arrival
